Iwan’s typical day at OES includes checking emails, solving technical issues and ensuring customer issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Based in our North Wales office, he plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. Outside of work, Iwan is an adventurer, recently swimming with sharks in South Africa.

Iwan is dedicated to ensuring customers receive the best support possible when they reach out to the helpdesk. When asked about his approach, he says, “It’s all about providing the best service. Delivering the best service possible really sets us apart from other MSPs.” He also enjoys the work environment, where he learns and grows alongside talented colleagues.
