Private, Hybrid & Public cloud solutions for businesses

Private Cloud

With a Private cloud model, the environment is in complete control of your business, the Infrastructure is hosted on-site or in a service provider’s data centre, allowing greater levels of control, security and stability, with computing, storage and networking fully customisable to your business needs.

Private clouds are best suited for businesses in which require dynamic or unpredictable computing requirements, while still needing complete, most commonly to meet regulatory compliance, security and governance needs.

OES will design and build a dedicated cloud environment using a combination of industry leading technologies that’s right for your business. We can manage the whole process from design, delivery to ongoing monitoring and management of your environment, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Hybrid Cloud

As the name suggests the Hybrid cloud brings together a mixture of both the above environments to suit your specific requirements depending on what’s needed for your business. The Hybrid cloud model uses a combination of public and private cloud with Colocation, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and existing on-premise hardware, since not all workloads are suitable for the cloud.

This is a popular choice for many organisations because they can deploy the right workload into the right environment as their computing needs change. Hybrid cloud provides greater flexibility, cost savings and more options for your IT environment whilst still maintaining control over your mission critical data.

Public Cloud

Third-party providers make resources such as virtual machines, applications and storage available to you over the internet. This means you won’t need to set up your own physical hardware in-house saving on hardware and maintenance costs.

Public cloud uses a multi-tenant approach meaning you share computing resources with other users but your data remains separate.

Only paying for what you need on a subscription basis allowing you to scale up or down depending on your business requirements

At OES we deal with main public cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), assisting you with the full implementation and migration of your services and infrastructure with ongoing monitoring, management and support.

Our Migration Process Explained

We have meticulously planned our migration process to ensure your move to the cloud is as seamless and less intrusive to your business as possible. We understand downtime costs!

A dedicated account manager or cloud solutions consultant will carry out an audit on your business, and discuss what you want to gain from your IT systems.

A cloud migration may not be the correct solution for your business, we’ll then develop a solution and plan that suits your needs and present this to you either face to face or through a digital meeting.

On the sign off of the solution proposal, one of our industry trained engineers will be in contact to arrange the project with your on-site representative. We’ll discuss the migration process to ensure you and your peers are completely involved with whats happening.

We’ll carry out preparations on the backend of the platform in which your migrating to whilst getting your current IT systems into a state of readiness for the migration.

The migration process now goes ahead at a scheduled date/time agreed during the project planning. We can either attend your premises or carry this work out remotely, during this your systems will be fully operational and any downtime will be predetermined to run outside of your business hours, just leave it in our safe hands.

Once the migration has successfully completed, and fully tested, we’ll provide ongoing training, support and management for as long as you need it. We’re here to ensure you gain the most out of your migration to the cloud!
