Step One
A dedicated account manager or cloud solutions consultant will carry out an audit on your business, and discuss what you want to gain from your IT systems. Cloud migration may not be the correct solution for your business. We’ll then develop a solution and plan that suits your needs and present this to you either face to face or through a digital meeting.

Step Two
On the sign off of the solution proposal, one of our industry trained engineers will be in contact to arrange the project with your on-site representative. We’ll discuss the migration process to ensure you and your peers are fully involved with what's happening. We’ll carry out preparations on the backend of the platform to which your migrating whilst getting your current IT systems into a state of readiness for the migration.

Step Three
The migration process now goes ahead at a scheduled date/time agreed during the project planning. We can either attend your premises or carry this work out remotely. During this, your systems will be fully operational; any downtime will be predetermined to run outside of your business hours.

Step Four
Once the migration has been completed and tested fully, we’ll provide ongoing training, support and management for as long as you need it. We’re here to ensure you gain the most out of your migration to the cloud!
