Launching Cymru Connect: Providing Superfast and Reliable Internet Solutions
Flotek is delighted to announce the successful launch of Cymru Connect, a pioneering initiative aimed at providing Cardiff businesses with superfast and reliable full fibre internet. As we approached the end of 2024, Flotek had already secured pre-orders from over 50+ businesses, highlighting the increasing demand for high-quality internet services in the region.
As the first collaborators with Elevate, Flotek is dedicated to delivering hyperfast, gigabit connectivity to organisations across the Cardiff business community. This initiative is part of a £7 million network build contract awarded by Cardiff Council and the Welsh Government. Through this project, Cymru Connect aims to support up to 5,000 Cardiff businesses which will finally have the opportunity to access high-speed full fibre internet, revolutionising their digital capabilities and enhancing overall productivity, driving economic growth.
We’ve waived all installation fees, upfront costs and removed all barriers to now provide full fibre to 5000+ businesses. Local businesses can finally get connected and use fibre to enhance their service offerings and more.
Pricing wise, we’re extremely competitive with monthly pricing starting from as low as £59 for up to 150MB and all the way to £179 for 1GB which is unheard of in this market.

Wayne has been with OES since leaving the British Army in June 2012. He became the Managing Director in 2016 and then Owner in 2021. His 15 year career in the Army is where he refined his skills in project management, problem solving and leadership.
