If you’re planning on having meetings in the office, it’s worth having them remotely over Microsoft Teams or Zoom if you have some employees working from home, with even those in the office signing in remotely from different offices. This will make sure everyone feels on equal footing, and there won’t be any nuances missed for the remote workers.
