Flotek Group strengthens its IT support capabilities with the acquisition of Simpology UK Limited, enhancing services for SMEs and multi-site companies in London, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Flotek Group, a leading Managed IT and Communications service provider, is excited to announce the acquisition of Simpology UK Limited, an IT support company focused on supporting SMEs and multi-site companies in London, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Simpology was established in 2003 by founders Lee Frankham and Mark Balaam, driven by a passion for emerging technologies and extensive experience with large SME’s and Microsoft Azure. The company shares several key partners with Flotek, including Microsoft, N-able Cove and ZEN Internet.
Lee Frankham, Managing Director, and Mark Balaam, Technical Director, will remain with Simpology to ensure a successful integration of the businesses. This period will focus on aligning services across cyber security and communications services, and ensuring there is a seamless customer experience, as well as expanding Flotek’s regional presence in London and surrounding areas.

‘Mac’ joined OES following an impressive 24 years in the British Army, bringing with him a wealth of experience he could transfer to ‘civvy street’.
Wayne has been with OES since leaving the British Army in June 2012. He became the Managing Director in 2016 and then Owner in 2021. His 15 year career in the Army is where he refined his skills in project management, problem solving and leadership.
