Please be assured we have prepared for our services to continue as normal. We have business continuity plans in place to minimise the risk of infection and make sure we can continue deliver business-as-usual service to our customers. These include implementing clear guidelines for employees, providing support, advice, and issuing guidance on following safe hygiene practices.
Our frontline teams are working from home to further reduce the risks of any infection.
We’ve also implemented a social distancing policy in all offices and are urging all visitors to follow hygiene advice.
What steps are you taking if staff are infected?
The following plan will be implemented if an employee is showing symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties.
Should an employee present with diagnosed coronavirus or suspected coronavirus, we will ensure they are isolated as quickly as possible, don’t visit any customers and gather advice from NHS 111.
If they have been in an office, OES will make sure they are immediately isolated away from the office as soon as possible. OES will close the office and relocate all staff.
