We have been using OES for many years and rely on their support for our print, I.T. and website. As a firm of solicitors we still rely heavily on paper, printing and scanning documents for our clients as well as internal use. We have found the 12 Develop photocopiers installed by OES across our 8 offices have been reliable, easy to use and produce very good quality prints. The speed of the machines is especially useful for larger documents and tight deadlines.

During our expansion in 2014 we took on new offices in Dolgellau & Bala and OES were able to integrate the new offices with our existing I.T. systems. All our sites are connected securely, which enables our staff to login from any office and still have access to their files.

OES have also supplied sophisticated backup systems which protects our data as well as security software to protect our users.

They also helped re-launch our website in 2014 with a fresh new design, updated content and mobile friendly functionality. Our excellent positioning on Google ensures we receive a steady stream of enquiries bringing in more business.
