We have been using OES for our I.T. support and printing since 2016 and we have been very pleased with the service we have received.

This summer we celebrated our 10 year anniversary which included moving to brand new premises just outside Chester. We used the opportunity to redesign our new offices to reflect ChloBo’s clean branding, with new designer PC’s sourced by OES with white screens with matching keyboards and mice.

OES took care of moving our entire I.T. Infrastructure as well as cabling the new office. The move went very smoothly and included configuration of an additional new server for future expansion.
All our computers are linked to a shared drive, which we have found very useful as we have over 1000 products. This is something we would not have been able to do ourselves.

We have three photocopiers with OES and use them for general office printing as well as producing information packs for our stockists. We have found the copiers are easy to use and have excellent print quality. All the maintenance and ink replacement is sorted by OES as part of our package.
When we need additional support we know it is just a phone call away and it is very fast. We know all the staff by name and think of them as an extension to the ChloBo family.

OES are a wonderful company to work with and would recommend them 100%.
