Wayne has been with OES since leaving the British Army in June 2012. He became the Managing Director in 2016 and then Owner in 2021. His 15 year career in the Army is where he refined his skills in project management, problem solving and leadership. He has led the growth of OES focusing on delivering innovative solutions and outstanding service.
Wayne uses his expertise in IT and Managed Print to help clients achieve cost savings and productivity. He oversees all the company’s operations, people and ventures in order to maintain and grow the business. Furthermore, he maintains relationships with industry partners and professionals to ensure he can revolutionise clients’ operations.
When Wayne isn’t steering the ship at OES he ensures he gets as much quality time with his family as possible. He has been fly fishing from a very young age and has represented Wales on numerous occasions . Wayne is also a keen golfer and a member at Abergele Golf club. Golf is a game he really wants to crack however that is a long way away.

Peter Joined OES in September 2021 and enjoys developing people and attempting to bring the best out of his colleagues
His role can be split into two areas, internally focusing on management reporting, identifying how the various elements of the business are performing and managing the accounting/admin/HR functions and externally making sure that VAT, Tax and Company Secretarial are up to date. In addition, it covers the Strategic areas of cashflow modelling, budgeting, and future growth.
Outside of work Peter’s life revolves around looking after his three horses (Digby, Steele, and Felicity) and used to be an avid rider in dressage, show jumping and even cross country.
Peter enjoys walking his dog around the hills and lanes where he lives and watching Rugby, both League (Warrington) and Union (Wales National teams).
Luke originally joined the OES IT Team in 2012 as a Junior IT Engineer. Luke moved on to another IT company in the North West where he further grew his IT knowledge before returning in 2018 as IT Projects Lead. In 2020 Luke took over as the IT Manager at OES and transitioned OES from a break/fix IT support model to a Managed Service Provider.
Luke manages the IT team, developing the team to the ever-changing dynamic of the world of IT whilst steering the direction on emerging technologies that can be implemented to help organisations to increase efficiency, productivity & security.
Outside of the office Luke spends the majority of his time with his young family and working on his Mk2 Volkswagen Golf. Luke is a Liverpool fan who enjoys playing football and sometimes attempts to play golf. Luke has just started snowboarding lessons and hopes to get out to the French Alps soon.
